To The New York Times, a source said During a 45-minute speech on Saturday night at a dinner given by financier John Paulson, Trump made the comments.
Trump made these remarks while criticising Biden's border policies and making fun of him for his poor judgement while in charge of the Resolute Desk, which Queen Victoria gave to the US in 1880.
